One country that is now experiencing huge growth with the Merits brand is New Zealand. Merits New Zealand is operated by the Vining Group. A respected distributor of mobility products with their own Goldfern Mobility brand, the Vining Group and Merits offer the perfect partnership.

The Vining Group is deeply proud to be a 100% Kiwi family-owned operation, based in the Manawatu. This central location is perfect for nationwide distribution. Our family of four embarked on our first business adventure in 1980. Working together in every corner of the business – from cleaning bathrooms to customer service – we created a solid foundation for the years to come.
